Loud Fan Noise When I Shut Down Windows 11 or Put to Sleep Mode

I recently bought a BeeLink SER5 (AMD Ryzen 5 5500U) mini PC. After installing the latest Windows 11 patch, it created an issue. Fan ran in high speed when I put it to sleep or shut it down. I found out that it's a common problem for BeeLink mini PCs but the suggested solutions below did not work at all. 

• Change power options. 
• Change registry entries.
• Update Windows patch.

Here's what working for me

1. Go to AMD driver website.
2. Download Auto-Detect tool for Windows 11.
3. Install & run the tool.
4. Install the recommended patch.
